This is just a quick update. Firstly, I shifted back into my original career in addictions counselling, which I started in 1984! Wow - that makes me ancient! Or experienced! Maybe both.
I moved down from Johannesburg to Cape Town and in January 2009, began work at a fantastic recovery centre with an amazing team and this bonus view of Table Mountain!
Secondly, I have recently updated my two websites, one still linking to my coaching and consulting business (Human Development Consulting) and the other to a support and educational site for people living with Bipolar illness and their supporters.
